The leadership message unites all the diverse operations within The Hyde Group towards a common purpose. It sets out the direction of our business and provides a framework for everything that we do: from business strategies to team plans to individual objectives.

Governance
In touch is a Company Limited by Guarantee with charitable objects. The registered name is In Touch Support which was incorporated on 30 November 2005 as Company Number 5640546. For trading purposes the name in touch is used. in touch is also a registered charity, number 1115322. The place of registration is England.
The parent company, Hyde Housing Association is the sole member or guarantor. A Board of Trustees is responsible for the running of the organisation. The relationships between in touch and members of The Hyde Group are set out in Services Agreements which are reviewed annually by the in touch Board. Business support services such as finance and human resources are provided by the Group’s specialist departments and as such are employed by The Hyde Group.
These values underpin our services and the outcomes we aim to achieve. Our Management Team drives these values forward on behalf of the Board.
