Repairs and maintenance

You are likely to be responsible for small jobs such as blockages to sinks or toilets, and repairing damage that you cause – you’ll find a detailed list in your tenancy agreement. For help with other repairs or maintenance call us on one of the numbers below. When you call please be ready to give us as much information as possible and tell us if you have any particular needs, such as if you are elderly or infirm.
Repair lines
All our offices are open from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Our out of hours service runs from 5.00pm to 9.00am Monday to Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday.

Housing management
We have a team of housing officers to help with any questions you may have about your tenancy. Common questions relate to:
- Falling into arrears
- Rent and service charges
- Moving into or out of your home
- Court action or the terms of your tenancy
- Disputes between neighbours
